Terms & Conditions

  • The Active Life Free Inter-Resort Shuttle service is available only to Active Life Hotel guests with direct bookings with a minimum of 4 nights or more at Active Life Madarao, Xplore by Active Life between 2 January 2024 - 16 February 2024.
  • The complimentary shuttle service is unlimited to eligible direct booking guests per stay.
  • The Active Life Free Inter-Resort Shuttle service tickets will be sold at the front desk for Active Life Guests with non-direct bookings who would like to use the service.
  • Limited seats are available and reservations are a must. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. You can book seats with the front desk  2 days prior to each shuttle departure date.
  • The Active Life Free Inter-Resort Shuttle service will be offered Monday-Friday. Services may be cancelled at any time due to unforeseen weather conditions and without prior notice. In case of cancelled services, Active Life takes no responsibility for losses you have incurred.
  • The Active Life Free Inter-Resort Shuttle service will depart on time, as scheduled from each meeting point. You are to ensure you are at the pick-up meeting point before each departure. Active Life takes no responsibilities where you have missed the shuttle. You are liable for arranging your own transportation.
  • The Active Life Free Inter-Resort Shuttle arrival times may differ, depending on the weather conditions.
