Important notice for Ski Slope

Depending on the weather, ski lifts and gondolas may be suspended all day or may be suspended until the weather improves. Free lift tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

In addition, we do not refund or change the date if you decide not to do the ski.

*From the middle of March to April, the tour will be held even if some of the ski slopes are closed or closed due to snow conditions. If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please be aware that a prescribed fee will be charged. The hotel will open the whole season even if Ski activity stops.

Excellent location. Super friendly and helpful staffs. Room is cozy and warm.
You don't even need to turn on the heater. There is a dry room to dry out all your gear at the basement.
Highly recommended to everyone visiting Madarao.

The facilities far exceeded what you’d normally find at a Japan ski hotel.
